What You’ll Do
* Support the recruitment onboarding process for new Care Professionals.
* Complete inductions, competency checks, spot checks, and observations.
* Monitor and support completion of training and e-learning.
* Provide guidance and coaching to Care Professionals to promote high standards and confidence.
* Carry out audits and quality checks relating to care delivery and documentation.
* Support investigations, incident follow-ups, and compliance actions where needed.
* Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company policies and CQC standards.
* Work closely with scheduling and office teams to support consistency of care.
* Identify additional training and development needs within the team.
* Help maintain a positive, supportive, and person-centred care culture.
* Participate in the on-call rota and support care calls when required.
Qualifications
About You
* Previous experience within care is essential.
* Strong understanding of care standards, compliance, and quality assurance.
* Experience supporting or mentoring is desirable.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Organised, proactive, and approachable.
* Passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care.
* Confident using digital care systems and training platforms.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
Right to work in the UK.
