Location: Mold office
The Marketing & Brand Manager will hold full responsibility for marketing, communications, and brand development for 1810 and Schock in the UK. You will work closely with the Managing Director to build and execute our brand strategy, elevate our presence, drive product and brand integration, and support business growth.

This role requires strength in both brand and product management, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will collaborate frequently with our German marketing team for alignment, while owning full autonomy over local execution with the support of a Marketing Executive who you will directly lead and mentor.

Brand Strategy & Experience
Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, identity, messaging, and visual guidelines
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touch points (online + offline)
Monitor brand awareness, perception, and market performance through KPIs and insights

Support product lifecycle management: range evolution, rationalisation, and performance review
Marketing Execution & Communications
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, with a digital-first mindset supported by strong social media understanding
Oversee content strategy and support hands-on creation for social, digital, and core marketing channels
Lead planning and execution of trade fairs, events and brand activations
Ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable results and support commercial goals

Lead and develop the UK Marketing Executive; define priorities, support daily execution, and guide professional growth
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service, German Marketing) to align messaging and activities
Communicate marketing strategy, key initiatives, and performance updates to the MD and senior stakeholders

Commercial & Insight
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources
Track campaign performance and ROI; lead data-driven decision making
10+ years’ experience in brand development, strategic marketing and communications
~ Digital-first mindset — social-media savvy with experience shaping digital channel strategies and content planning
~ Experience expanding brands into international markets is a strong advantage
~ analytical and data-driven
~ Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master desirable)
