About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Senior Project Manager / Producer to join Monks. You will ensure the smooth execution of campaigns across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be reviewing and scoping incoming briefs, managing the Monks team to produce the work, and being the client-facing project lead. Our ideal candidate is meticulous and hands-on with a strong understanding of the creative process and proven experience in high-volume asset production across various channels and markets, with a natural aptitude for collaboration. Responsibilities: Proactively collaborate with clients to plan and manage incoming work. Review and scope incoming briefs; plan production with realistic targets and deadlines. Lead execution of high-volume mid-funnel and on-site assets, including static digital, DOOH, OOH, and OLVs with creative and production teams. Establish project timelines, manage milestones, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Define and communicate actions and milestones across clients and teams; act as a taskmaster. Manage end-to-end project life cycle from client briefing to delivery across channels, ensuring timely delivery to a high standard. Work with internal stakeholders to align resourcing with campaign requirements; plan and manage resources efficiently day-to-day. Ensure brand compliance; act as brand guardian and review team deliverables. Coordinate client review and approval processes and obtain necessary approvals. Liaise with clients beyond the daily project scope to align on upcoming work and escalate or mitigate client issues. Create and review project utilisation reports for accuracy and risk. Track project changes and their impact on cost and timeframe. Report project status and data to the wider global team. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Evaluate project performance and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. About You The essentials: Strong understanding of the creative process with proven experience in high-volume production for brand advertising across channels and markets. Independent, proactive, and hands-on with the ability to quickly grasp goals and drive projects to completion. Experience producing high-end work and deep knowledge of creative and production processes. Ability to develop client relationships and workstreams beyond individual projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong internal and external relationships. Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while delivering outstanding results. Comfortable managing projects across different time zones. Ability to prioritise workload effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Keen attention to detail and focus on delivering high-quality creative assets while ensuring brand compliance. Quick learner, motivated to succeed, and able to collaborate with global teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software for tracking progress, timelines, and budgets. Strong written communication skills. Confident in communicating at all organizational levels. Proactive, positive attitude. Digital experience required; candidates from solely entertainment or film backgrounds will not be considered. Not a must, but a plus: Strong knowledge of Figma.
