Position : Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist Offer : Full-time Permanent Contract (39 hours/week) with 2 days off. Location : 24 New Cavendish St, London W1G 8TU Working Hours : Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm. Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team. Dermalogica - Hydrafacial Treatment : A treatment combining deep cleansing, advanced exfoliation, and LEDs for transformed skin. Tata Harper : A 100% organic cabin experience. Aromatic and ultra-sensory, Tata Harper treatments replenish and erase the signs of age as well as signs of fatigue. • Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere • Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products : Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service • Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products • Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences • Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages • Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations Profile we’re looking for : • Love the world of beauty, especially clean beauty ?
