Country Registration Manager for plant protection – UK, Ireland, Netherlands & Belgium
Location: Remote EU WIDE, (UK preferred)
The Role
A specialist agrochemical organisation is looking for an experienced Country Registration Manager to take ownership of plant protection product registrations across four markets: UK, Republic of Ireland, The Netherlands, and Belgium.
This is a fully remote position with a strong preference for a UK-based candidate. You'll need to be flexible and willing to travel across the four countries and occasionally to other European offices in — though extensive travel is not anticipated.
This position will require you to ensure agro product registrations are prepared, submitted, and maintained with the relevant regulatory authorities across your territory — on time and in compliance.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities across your four-country remit. Day-to-day, this means managing dossier submissions, maintaining product portfolio compliance, coordinating with EMEA Active Substance Registration Managers, CLP/SDS teams, and external consultants, and keeping regulatory databases and reporting up to date. You'll also contribute directly to product registration strategy, working closely with Sales Area Managers and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Need
* Background in a regulatory-relevant discipline (toxicology, ecotoxicology, agronomy, biology, residues, or similar) and at least 8 years of hands-on experience with UK and European legislative and regulatory processes for plant protection products.
* Direct experience managing dossiers with UK CRD or Ctgb is a genuine advantage, as is a background in Risk Assessment.
* Fluent in English to a professional standard with strong written and presentation skills. Knowledge of Dutch or another European language is a plus. Above all, you'll be someone who can work independently, manage complexity, and deliver results in a changing regulatory environment.
The Package
Bonus up to 20% | Car allowance | 27–30 days holiday + Xmas closure | 9% employer pension | Private medical & dental (family) | Life assurance 4x salary | Income protection | Enhanced parental leave (6 months/16 weeks) | Gym membership | Annual medical check | Flexible working
This is a senior individual contributor role offering genuine autonomy, a collaborative European team environment, and the chance to make a direct commercial impact across four markets. If you have the regulatory pedigree and want to own your territory, we'd like to hear from you.
