The Role
* Sell memberships and enrol clients onto the 6-week transformation programme
* Engage with leads via phone and face-to-face consultations
* Build rapport quickly and confidently close sales
* Motivate and inspire members throughout their journey
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint xkybehq
* Work closely with the coaching team to ensure member success
* Contribute to a high-performance, target-driven environment
About You
* Proven experience in sales (fitness or membership sales preferred)
* Confident, energetic, and highly motivated
* A natural communicator who can build trust quickly
* Target-driven with a passion for earning commission
* Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others improve their lives
