We are working with a well-known company that’s focused on creating great experiences for employees all around the world. We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead the implementation of two critical systems designed to improve employee learning and HR support. As the Contract Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a Global Learning Experience Platform and a new HR Ticketing & Employee Relations Case Management Platform. These platforms will enhance learning engagement and streamline HR services for thousands of employees across the globe. Key Skills: Lead the rollout of a new global learning platform for all employees. Deliver an HR ticketing and case management system across key regions. Manage project plans, tasks, risks, and regular stakeholder updates. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and developers on system integration. Ensure data handling aligns with data protection and security policies. Drive change management, communication, and user training activities. Plan and support a phased global deployment, ensuring readiness for launch. Contract Details: Day Rate: Up to £400 per day – Outside IR35 Length: 6 months (could be extended) Working Pattern: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days a week in the London office If you are a Contract Project Manager with experience in leading HR and learning system projects, this could be for you!
