About The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support centres, employers, learners, and third parties via telephone and email, providing an exceptional experience.
* This is a pure customer service role, aiming for first-time resolution where possible.
* All Advisors start at an entry level position with opportunities to progress within the role and the wider business.
* Full training is provided.
* We offer a friendly working environment with supportive Trainers, Team Leaders, and experienced colleagues.
* You can use your own initiative; scripted interactions are not used.
