HR Business Partner - 12 month fixed-term contract
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with colleagues, provide specialist advice and leadership, and implement strategic initiatives while reviewing policies and practices.
Closing date: 24 April 2025 (11.59pm)
Interview dates: First stage: 2nd May or 7th May 2025 - In person
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus benefits
Location: Canary Wharf, London (Hybrid working: 2 – 4 office days per month)
Hours: 35 hours per week, from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
The Role
Join our dynamic and friendly team as a Human Resources Business Partner. You will work to build organisational and people capability, shape and implement effective people strategies aligned with our Vision 2030, and contribute to the overall performance of the GPhC.
This role is subject to a basic DBS check.
The Successful Applicant Will
* Provide HR leadership to a designated client group, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
* Promote GPhC Values and Behavioural Framework, addressing any misalignments.
* Offer generalist HR management advice, including coaching managers on attracting, retaining, and motivating staff.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues on a new HR information system.
* Review HR practices, identify improvements, and develop recommendations.
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
