Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional security officer to join our team. As a security officer, you will assist guests with various requests, from dining reservations to local recommendations, while embodying the values of hospitality and guest services.
Duties
* Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
* Manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
* Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options.
* Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
* Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure all materials are up-to-date.
* Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Stay informed about hotel services, amenities, and local happenings to provide accurate information.
Experience
* Previous experience in guest services or hospitality and security is preferred.
* Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction.
