About the Role
Prestige24 Social Care is looking for reliable, child‑focused workers to supervise family time between children and their families. You will ensure sessions are safe, positive, and follow each child’s contact plan.
Main Duties
* Supervise and support safe family time sessions
* Encourage positive, child‑centred interactions
* Keep accurate, factual session notes
* Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns
* Communicate professionally with social workers and carers
Requirements
* Experience working with children or families
* Strong safeguarding awareness
* Clear communication and report‑writing skills
* Calm, professional approach
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Driving licence desirable but not essential
