Baker Assistant Please note this role involves a mixture of shifts at Birley Bakery our production kitchen based near Battersea Birley Bakery and The Chocolate Shop are are owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley. They are located in Chelsea Green, London and have a warm and welcoming environment, inspired by the classic concept of Boulangerie-Patisserie. Responsible for the preparation of savoury items and sandwiches Ensure the products are of the highest quality Managing food and stock rotation. The Experience & Qualifications required of our Baker Assistant are: Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is required. Experience of working in a similar role and fast paced environment.
