Production Chef – Organic Farm Kitchen, Gloucestershire Salary: £32,760 per annum (weekly pay planned from October 2025) Hours: 45 hours per week | 5 x 9-hour shifts | Early starts at 05:00 or 07:00 Accolades: Award-winning organic produce | B Corp certified | Recognised for sustainable and ethical farming The Opportunity Join the production kitchen at a leading organic farm in the Cotswolds, renowned for its commitment to sustainability, craftsmanship, and wellbeing. This high-volume, artisanal kitchen produces up to 30,000 hand-cooked units per week, including organic soups, meals, and broths made from the finest ingredients grown on site or sourced from trusted partners. You’ll be part of a passionate team preparing award-winning food in a beautiful countryside setting, with access to fresh organic produce and a supportive, purpose-driven culture.
