Overview
Senior HR Advisor role at Lowry Grace Consulting Ltd, multi-site manufacturing in Co. Antrim. CIPD-qualified HR professional to deliver the full HR lifecycle across a growing, multi-site business.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and HR admin;
* Provide advice to managers on policies, absence, performance and employee relations matters;
* Ensure compliance with NI employment law and best practice;
* Support disciplinaries, grievances and investigations with robust documentation;
* Maintain training records, reviews and HR systems/data reporting;
* Act as first point of HR contact across multiple sites, building trust and credibility;
* Work closely with the external HR Consultant (strategic) and Directors to deliver a robust, compliant HR service.
The Person / Qualifications
* CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or equivalent (Level 7 desirable);
* Broad HR generalist experience from recruitment through to exit;
* Sound knowledge of NI employment law and HR compliance;
* Strong communication and influencing skills;
* Organised, proactive and confident in balancing multiple priorities.
