About the Role
At HC-One kindness is at the heart of everything we do. We celebrate residents as individuals, each with their own stories, and our Care Assistant team provides person‑centred support that respects dignity and individuality.
As a Care Assistant you’ll take responsibility for the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, personal hygiene and meals, as well as supporting general activities within the home. You will deliver care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring residents never lose their dignity or individuality, and provide compassionate end‑of‑life care when required.
Safeguarding is an essential part of the role. You will recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and undertake the necessary safeguarding training and reporting procedures to protect residents.
