To bring a strong Service Delivery to all aspects of designated Court and Tribunal work. Providing the required service to deliver outstanding performance representing Liberata and multiple Local Authorities
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Ensure professional management standards are adhered to.
* Manage performance targets and ensure SLA’s are maintained in line with audit requirements.
* Ensure Business Continuity and recovery requirements are adhered to.
* Ensure all policies and procedures relating to court etiquette are implemented.
* Maintain legislative changes to ensure knowledge in all relevant service areas.
* Exercise discretion in the adequate conclusion of a case. In addition handle information confidentially where required.
* Attend where necessary Insolvency meetings and/or court groups within the required service area and maintain contact/relationships with outside agencies.
* Being flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
* The post holder is required to take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and other persons who may be affected by their work, to comply with the Health and Safety Policy and to co-operate with Liberata on health and safety matters at all times.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum 5 grades A-C including English and Maths.
* Experience of Revenues.
* Sound problem solving and decision making skills.
* A professional qualification or equivalent level of experience.
* Experience of using Microsoft packages – i.e. Word, Excel & Outlook. Desirable knowledge of world/Academy/Oracle and Anite DMS system.
* Good oral & written communication skills and the ability to produce accurate documentation.
* Should be customer focused to adapt to the needs of our clients and represent a friendly & professional image of the company at all times.
