Robert Half has partnered with a technology business to recruit for a Head of Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and implement multi-segment go-to-market strategies in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
Looking for candidates with experience selling into public sector or mobility/transportation technology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the sales team, set targets, and track pipeline performance.
2. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple segments and regions.
3. Qualify leads, progress sales opportunities, and attend client meetings and events.
4. Ensure CRM records (HubSpot) are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
5. Degree-level education or equivalent.
6. 5+ years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology or SaaS.
7. Proven ability to explain complex products in clear terms.
8. Strong team leadership and client engagement skills.
9. Experience in public sector or mobility/transportation technology.
