* Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Inspire students to develop a love of Science and achieve their academic potential.
* Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Support students of varying abilities to make excellent progress.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within a supportive Science department.
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
* Has excellent classroom management skills.
* Is passionate about raising attainment and student outcomes.
* Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Demonstrates commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
