We are working with a well-established and expanding FMCG manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume production site in Cardiff. Responsibilities
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on automated manufacturing and packaging equipment
* Fault-finding and effective breakdown response in a time-critical production environment
* Supporting continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering-led initiatives
* Working closely with production teams to maintain output, safety, and quality standards
This role operates on a 2/3s shift pattern (Days Only), offering structured daytime hours and strong work-life balance.
Qualifications
* Experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
* Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated production environments
* Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive maintenance mindset
* Reliable, flexible, and motivated to progress within a growing organisation
