Job Purpose
To lead and manage a range of Housing Executive Direct (HE Direct) teams to ensure the delivery of a modern, professional and responsive maintenance service to meet customer and business needs in line with our vision and values.
Requirements
1 i). Possess an HND/HNC level qualification (or equivalent level 4* qualification) in a relevant Construction/Maintenance discipline,
And
Can demonstrate 2 years' experience of managing an operational service delivery in a similar role** in a Construction/Maintenance environment.
Or
ii). Possess a level 3* qualification in a relevant subject in a relevant Construction/Maintenance discipline,
And
Can demonstrate 4 years' experience of managing an operational service delivery in a similar role** in a construction maintenance environment
Or
iii). Can demonstrate equivalent professional development or experiential learning with five years' experience of managing an operational service delivery in a similar role** in a construction maintenance environment. (Please include dates)

* Similar role will be considered as experience of supervising a multi-trade workforce in a construction related environment.
