The role
Full sales cycle within your assigned UK territory. You'll prospect, qualify, demo, quote, negotiate and close. Once the deal is won, you hand the account over to the Existing Business team and move onto the next.
You'll work closely with Pre-Sales to support live opportunities, log everything in Salesforce, and occasionally travel for customer visits and trade shows.
What you'll be doing
* Building and managing a healthy pipeline within your territory
* Outbound prospecting alongside qualifying inbound enquiries
* Running product demos via webinar and in person
* Producing quotes, handling objections and closing deals
* Keeping Salesforce clean and current
* Representing the business at trade shows and customer events
What we're looking for
* Demonstrable B2B sales experience, ideally in software or technology
* Genuine hunter mindset with a track record of hitting or beating target
* Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly at all levels
* Comfortable with technology and keen to keep learning
* Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and priorities
* Happy in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team
The package
* £27,000 base, £45,000 OTE
* Team-based commission with realistic, consistently hit targets
* £1,000 per month guarantee for your first 3 months while you ramp
* 3 days onsite in Peterborough (Tue to Thu), remote Mon and Fri
* 9am to 5:30pm Mon to Thu, 9am to 5pm Fri

Location
You'll need to be within commutable distance of Peterborough for the 3 onsite days. Realistic catchment includes Peterborough, Stamford, Bourne, Spalding, Grantham, Oakham, and parts of Lincoln, Leicester and Cambridge.
