Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and rental of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Duties
* Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements.
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends and pricing.
* Prepare marketing materials for properties, including photographs, descriptions, and online listings.
* Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating databases, and responding to client inquiries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and lettings.
Experience
* Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills are essential for effective negotiation and client interaction.
* Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to cater to a diverse clientele.
