Ensure all material and product and related costs are allocated and effectively managed within budget and to deadlines Manage and monitor wastage. Work with the OPS Excellence Team to identify solutions Ensure standards of external and internal customer service are met and use of effective pro-active commutation with all internal and external key stakeholders is maintained. Carrying out Daily/ Weekly Team Briefings ensuring any issues raised are escalated to your Shift Manager Providing leadership, coaching, and training to team members Carrying out Daily Compliance & Core Standards checks, and issues communicated appropriately and the corrective actions Monitor team productivity rates and provide remedial actions where required and ensure team member are following agreed standard operating processes and procedures.
