We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teacher to join their dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis starting in September.
As an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for children's academic and personal development. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where children feel valued, safe, and motivated to explore and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
* Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.
* Implement the EYFS curriculum effectively, incorporating both indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
* Assess children's progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Establish positive partnerships with parents and carers, communicating effectively about children's achievements and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community, including participating in school events and professional development activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
* A deep understanding of child development theories and the EYFS curriculum framework.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
