JOB TITLE: Rearrangements Coordinator

The Job
Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the successful delivery of programmes across our Rearrangements Department, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), role responsibilities, and company objectives.
What Will You Be Doing?
1. Creating and progressing orders through appropriate software platforms (CRM and Arc).
2. Managing shared inboxes.
3. Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress statuses, and trackers.
4. Conducting quality and compliance reviews for all aspects of each order.
5. Performing corrective action reviews to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
6. Understanding of the telecoms industry is advantageous; the role covers aspects within the PIA network but this is not essential.
7. Assisting with analysis of operational practices, reporting, database management, record maintenance, and documentation to ensure compliance.
8. Identifying, with the Rearrangements Manager, any working constraints that could hinder achievement of objectives.
9. Ensuring effective communication within the team and stakeholders, delivered promptly and clearly, with expectations set and met.
10. Welcoming input of new ideas, improvements, and innovations.
What Will You Bring?
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* High-level organization and information management skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail for data entry and reporting.
* Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a team.
* Experience with Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint) - minimum 1 year.
* Previous administration experience.
* Experience within the telecoms industry and PIA network is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Willingness to contribute ideas, improvements, and innovations.
