<div><p>You will be responsible for implementing training programs to ensure a successful rollout of o9 across MEU, collaborating closely with project leadership, regional delivery teams and local BU teams.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Strategic Advisor : Support Regional Leadership on the capability track of the o9 transformation.</li><li>Complex Change Integration: Collaborate with the BU Leaders and Change Management Leads to integrate training into the broader cultural shift, ensuring technical proficiency is matched by mindset and WOW adoption.</li><li>Risk Mitigation: Identify regional risks / knowledge gaps, presenting readiness risks and mitigation strategies to Regional / BU / Change Teams.</li><li>Plan & lead training related activities for the Region Deployment Team, Key Users, SMEs and End Users.</li><li>Align BUs in the region to the program training strategy, training curriculum and training governance.</li><li>Identify and implement training readiness and effectiveness criteria.</li><li>Ensure all training material is fit for purpose (e.g. local nuances to the planning model, languages etc).</li><li>Implement a train the trainer approach to equip select individuals in the region to independently deliver training.</li><li>Partner with MDS and SMEs to ensure a training environment with usable data is available to create training materials and deliver training.</li><li>Partner with the BUs to create a training schedule for the region that covers all impacted individuals.</li><li>Report training attendance and training effectiveness.</li></ul><p>A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience: 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional L&D, Capability or Transformation programs.</li><li>Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated success in supporting the "people side" of implementations across multi-country or functions.</li><li>A ability to negotiate training requirements against competing business priorities.</li><li>Analytics: Experience using data-driven insights to assess readiness.</li><li>Experience in designing and delivering extended training programs.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences.</li><li>Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning rapid development tools (for example WorkDay, VILT).</li><li>Handling complexity, working across different geographies and cultures with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>System implementation exposure preferred.</li><li>We are looking for someone who is able to collaborate, communicate and influence effectively, and is resilient and capable of dealing with ambiguity.</li><li>Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources management, communications, or relevant experience.</li><li>Change management certification preferred.</li></ul></div>
