THE ROLE:
As the chosen Residential Development Solicitor, you will be working on a wide range of residential development and strategic land matters. Acting on behalf of national and regional developers, landowners as well as promoters you will be managing strategic land transactions, supporting on affordable housing sales and acquisitions, advising on service agreements and easements, joint ventures and option and promotion agreements.
THE CANDIDATE:
