Job Title: Sessional Senior Youth Worker
Hours: 1 day during Easter and Christmas holidays, 1 day a week over 4 weeks during summer holidays.
The Sessional Senior Youth Worker will guide and support young people aged 9-16 participating in our four-hour nature-based Holiday Food and Fun activity sessions. The role involves providing a safe environment for young people to learn, grow, and develop during the school holidays.
This position works in partnership with existing local community services to offer young people opportunities through the HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) programme. Responsibilities include implementing and quality assuring best practice procedures related to session delivery, safeguarding, and health and safety.
Ideal candidates are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential and creating opportunities for them to enhance life skills and make positive life choices through nature-based activities.
Ability to travel to Eastbourne is required.
