Job Title: Buying Manager
Primary Location: Greater Glasgow
One of Scotland's largest food manufactuers is looking for their next Technical Manager. In this role, you will be repsonsible for providing Food Technology expertise to the site senior management team.
You will provide an effective Food Safety Plan and Quality Management Systems that enable the site to produce safe, legal and authentic products.
Experience:
– Level 4 HACCP
– Level 4 Food Safety
– Food manufacturing experience
– BRC experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
