We are thrilled to be working exclusively with this top 50 UK Law firm, as they recruit for a Marketing Manager into either their Birmingham or Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity for either an established Marketing Manager or ambitious Senior Executive to join a thriving and fast growing Marketing & Business Development team. The role will focus on developing and executing tailored marketing strategies to enhance the firm's regional presence, support business development initiatives, and align local campaigns with the firm’s broader strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute location-based marketing and business development plans for Birmingham and Manchester, ensuring alignment with overall firm strategy.
* Act as the primary liaison for regional partners, providing expert advice on marketing, communications and client development initiatives.
* Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, including PR, digital marketing, thought leadership and awards submissions, tailored to each location’s unique market.
* Lead the creation and review of marketing materials and proposals, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Manage CRM data accuracy, segmentation and targeted outreach to support pipeline growth and client engagement efforts.
* Cultivate relationships with local industry bodies, networks and stakeholders to enhance regional reputation and opportunities.
* Monitor campaign performance, provide insights and optimise activities to maximise impact.
Experience required
* Proven experience in marketing and business development within a professional services environment, ideally a law firm.
* Proven track record of creating and delivering strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior partners and internal teams.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights and translate them into actionable plans.
* Demonstrates organisational agility, working independently with accountability for outcomes.
* Skilled in project management, campaign coordination, and prioritising competing demands.
