Overview
This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the pan BCUHB Resuscitation Services department. You will be part of an established and dedicated team providing all levels of Resuscitation Training, clinical support and advice and will help drive the service forward to improve delivery of resuscitation services.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicants will be involved in instructing on Resuscitation Council UK courses including ILS, PILS, GIC, ALS amongst others as well as a new and exciting opportunity to be involved in the delivery of the European Trauma course for the first time in North Wales. Audits to ensure patient safety and Quality Improvement work will also form part of the role as well as being an active member of the Resuscitation committee and part of the emergency response teams on the health board\'s acute sites which provides a balance of clinical work as well as regular teaching both within the hospital setting as well as within our community bases. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
