What we offer
The salary we are offering for this role is circa £35,000 annum depending on experience. We also offer 31 days annual leave, life assurance, the option to join the Company’s Group Plan Pension and an employee discount of 20%.
The role
Dynamic Support: You'll be at the forefront of our IT team, delivering essential triage and rapid response services to our colleagues. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our business continues to flourish.
Exceptional Customer Service: Providing top-notch customer service is a key aspect of this role. Whether you're on-site in one of our centres or nurseries or working remotely from our Romsey office, you'll be the go-to person for colleagues seeking assistance. Clear communication, devoid of technical jargon, will be your superpower.
Documentation and Collaboration: You'll meticulously document solutions and, when necessary, escalate incidents to other IT team members for additional support. By closely monitoring recurring issues, you'll collaborate with the team to develop robust, lasting solutions.
System Enhancement: You'll be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining and improving our internal IT systems. Your expertise in Microsoft Active directory user management will be essential in this role.
Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: We're looking for someone with a knack for problem-solving. Your ability to proactively identify and address hardware and software issues will be crucial in preventing problems before they arise.
Cyber Security: Your dedication to cybersecurity will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and security of our IT systems, ensuring the trust of our customers and colleagues alike.
