Job Title: Driver's Mate Location: Eden Farm, Paisley, PA3 2AY Salary: £26,666.64 plus the potential to earn extra in overtime
Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: 42hrs per week
Eden Farm are seeking to add to their transport team and are recruiting for the position of Drivers mates from our Paisley depot.
The role involves all aspects of assisting the Driver with the safe loading, transport, and delivery palletised goods around the local area and nationally.
The successful candidate will be conscientious, eager to learn and able to work effectively both alone, and crucially, as part of a small and highly motivated team.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting in the loading, transportation, and delivery of goods
Basic administration of delivery/collection paperwork
Assisting with the basic cleanliness of transport department vehicles
Ad Hoc general duties to assist other departments.
Confident dealing with customers
Requirements:
Physically fit to carry out lifting duties
Good communicator
Comfortable handling cash
Flexible approach to working schedule

This is a full-time position with a minimum basic week of 42 hours Monday to Friday, working hours will be determined at Interview. Due to the nature of the business you may be required to work Bank Holidays.
