Experienced Transport Administrator Thrapston (GXO) - NN14 4QT We are currently recruiting 2 Experienced Transport Administrators to join a fast-paced logistics operation at GXO's site in Thrapston. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in transport administration who thrives in a busy environment and has strong attention to detail. For the right individual, this role can offer a temp-to-perm (TTP) opportunity. Shifts, Salary & Pay AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00) Thursday to Monday £28,400 per annum | £13.65 per hour (Weekend shift allowance expected as part of a site-wide initiative - details to be confirmed) PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00) Monday to Friday £28,400 per annum | £13.65 per hour Key Responsibilities Transport & Operations Administration Provide daily administrative support to the transport operation Maintain driver rosters, run sheets, and delivery schedules Communicate with drivers regarding routes, times, and instructions Liaise with customers, depots, and internal teams to support delivery performance Compliance & Record-Keeping Maintain accurate transport records, including: Driver hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) compliance Tachograph downloads and uploads Vehicle checks, defects, and maintenance records Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and company processes What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Transport Administrator (essential) Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and transport systems) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment What's in It for You?
