My client is a well-established commercial property investment firm, founded 8 years ago by senior leaders from top-tier real estate consultancies. They’re a close-knit team of around 20 and with the kind of low turnover that speaks volumes about the culture. Think ski trips, drinks, and a genuinely social, fun environment where people care about the business and each other. Confidence and resilience are a must. They are looking for a sharp, energetic PA who loves being in the thick of it. You will be working alongside two long-standing, brilliant PAs who know the business inside out. This is a proper hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You’ll support senior partners (business and private), keep the office running smoothly, and handle the day-to-day tasks and errands that keep everything ticking. There’s also a compliance element (client onboarding, AML checks, credit checks) all teachable, but you’ll need to be switched-on, organised, and detail-focused. Duties will include: Organising meetings Formatting documents Running credit reports Booking travel Diary management Updating company website Helping coordinate company events Some office manager duties The ideal candidate will: Bright, enthusiastic, driven Down-to-earth, warm, sociable, a true good egg!
