You will also maintain your own portfolio of Health or Risk customers. Responsibilities Advise on, broker, and maintain group health or risk policies for clients Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Achieve personal and team revenue targets Identify customer needs and work with internal teams to meet them Handle complex RFPs, procurement, and onboarding projects Oversee team advice and broking activities, ensuring compliance and quality Review reports and develop team skills Support complex customer requirements and team growth Mentor and develop team members’ sales and technical skills What are we looking for?
