Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Accommodation Manager based on‑site at our Skegness resort. In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day management of guest accommodation, ensuring all units meet high cleanliness and safety standards. Your responsibilities include managing housekeeping teams, scheduling and monitoring daily operations, overseeing maintenance issues, resolving guest concerns promptly, and implementing improvements in guest satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a memorable and comfortable stay for our guests.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee housekeeping teams and manage schedules efficiently.
* Attention to detail and quality assurance to ensure high cleanliness standards in accommodation.
* Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and guests.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations as well as property maintenance procedures is an advantage.
* Experience in hospitality or accommodation management is highly desirable.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
* A positive, solution‑focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
