Responsibilities
* Actively seek out new ideas, approaches, and best practices to continuously improve OD solutions.
* Identify development needs and create engaging OD solutions.
* Design and deliver induction, statutory, mandatory, and developmental training.
* Support apprenticeships and professional qualifications across the organisation.
* Build strong relationships with training providers and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
* Evaluate OD interventions to measure impact and return on investment.
* Provide coaching and one-to-one development support where needed.
* Contribute to OD communications and keep up to date with best practice in learning and development.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in creating and delivering L&D activities and plans.
* Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful metrics to inform decisions.
* CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent experience.
* Degree or relevant qualification in a related field.
* Commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement.
* Flexibility to attend meetings and events outside normal hours and travel as required.
