The Role
Are you an experienced Service Engineer who takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time?
Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers, assisting with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on installation metrics, performance, and KPIs.
* Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
* Demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers.
* Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
* Ensure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed.
* Complete service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce cancelled appointments.
* Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device.
What We're Looking For
* Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
* Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
* Ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
* Willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week.
* Good time management skills.
* Good communication skills.
* A full driving license.
