Salary: £29,970 per annum

Working Hours : 37.5 Fixed Term - 6 months

What your typical day looks like: Acting as the first point of contact for managers and staff on absence-related queries, including sickness, family leave and other time off
Supporting formal and informal absence meetings and providing proactive advice and guidance in line with our CARE values and policies
Managing Occupational Health referrals and following up with managers and other teams
Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation in line with GDPR and regulatory standards
Supporting key HR projects such as TUPE transfers, Management of Change and audits
Building positive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation and contributing to a compassionate, values-led workplace
To be a successful Human Resources Advisor, you'll need: Motivation, positivity and a passion for supporting people
A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or Level 3 with ongoing study toward Level 5)
At least 2 years' generalist HR/ER experience
Confidence in managing competing priorities and providing professional advice under pressure
Strong IT skills, including experience with HR systems and Excel
