As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:
1. Identifying and sourcing candidates for our clients through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
2. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
3. Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
4. Assisting in the placement process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and placement
