We’re working with a well-established award winning volume housebuilder who are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale residential developments.

The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the technical and design coordination across two live sites, with a strong focus on groundworks and infrastructure packages through to build & completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all technical information across multiple sites
* Manage and review consultant design information
* Oversee groundworks, infrastructure, and external works packages
* Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and NHBC requirements
* Liaise with internal teams including commercial, construction, and sales
* Monitor design programmes and ensure timely information release
About You:
* Experience working for a housebuilder or residential developer working on schemes
* Strong technical knowledge of groundworks and infrastructure
* Ability to manage multiple projects / sites simultaneously
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
* Proactive and solutions-driven approach
