Our electronics manufacturing client is continuing to grow and is now looking for anElectronics Team Leadto support their expanding operation.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong hands-on electronics background who hassome supervisory experienceand is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Youll be supported by experienced managers, with clear opportunities to develop into a more senior role.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong electronics or PCB assembly experience (essential)
* Basic supervisory, team-leading or mentoring experience
* A positive, proactive approach and willingness to develop
* Good communication skills and the confidence to lead by example
* An understanding of manufacturing processes within an electronics environment
Key responsibilities:
* Support and oversee day-to-day production activities
* Allocate work, guide team members and maintain workflow
* Assist in coaching and developing junior staff
* Ensure quality standards and procedures are maintained
* Help monitor production output and highlight areas for improvement
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Salary:£35,000£45,000 p/a
Hours:MondayFriday, 07:3016:00
