We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods efficiently and safely across designated routes, ensuring excellent customer service. *Responsibilities*
* Safely operate a Class 2 HGV lorry for multi-drop deliveries across various locations.
* Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured properly during transit.
* Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled deadlines.
* Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
* Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including delivery notes and logs.
* Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery statuses or any issues encountered.
* Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with multi-drop deliveries.
* Strong driving skills with a clean driving licence for HGV Class 2 vehicles and up-to-date CPC Qualifications.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
* Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
