This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead the launch and growth of our brand-new Brindley Lepas Wolverhampton dealership.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in launching and developing the LEPAS brand within the Wolverhampton market.
You will be responsible for leading the dealership sales operation, driving performance, building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an energetic, modern and forward-thinking automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The successful candidate must be capable of managing a busy and fast-moving sales environment where attention to detail, strong leadership and consistent customer engagement are critical to success. You will oversee the complete sales operation, ensuring the dealership performs at the highest standards across every area of the customer journey.
You will be expected to lead, inspire and develop a motivated sales team, creating a positive and high-performance culture focused on results, professionalism and customer satisfaction. Daily management of the team will include performance coaching, target management, stock control, enquiry management, finance performance and maintaining excellent operational standards throughout the dealership.
A key part of the role will involve managing and improving every stage of the customer journey, from initial online enquiry and showroom welcome through to vehicle handover and long-term customer retention. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of creating a seamless, premium and modern customer experience that reflects the innovation and high-specification nature of the LEPAS brand.
You will need to ensure:

As a launch dealership for an exciting new automotive brand, this role requires someone who can combine strong operational management with energy, creativity and adaptability. We are looking for a leader who can build momentum, drive performance and help establish LEPAS as a recognised and respected brand within the region.
Importantly, we are also looking for a candidate who fully embraces the power of social media and digital engagement. Social media is now a major part of how the Chery Automotive brands communicate with customers, build brand awareness and generate audience engagement.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
* Be comfortable appearing in and supporting social media content
* Help drive the dealership’s digital presence and online personality
* Work alongside our marketing and content teams to create engaging vehicle and dealership content
* Understand modern customer buying behaviour and digital lead generation
* Champion innovative and creative ways to promote the LEPAS brand locally

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop the dealership sales team

About You
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager within the motor industry
* Strong leadership and team-building abilities
* Track record of delivering high sales performance and profitability
* Passion for customer service, brand development and modern digital marketing
* Confident communicator both in person and online
* Comfortable embracing social media platforms including video-led content
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience with emerging or challenger automotive brands would be advantageous
* Ambitious, driven and commercially focused
