Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic plus £10,000 commission
Location: Oxford. Initially, the role will be full time in the office, and then it will move to 3 days in the office.

About the company
Listed on AIM and established for over 30 years, our client has been a leader in its category and continues to drive innovation through AI. With a new CMO appointed last year, the go-to-market team is expanding and is now looking for a founding member of their SDR function.
The role
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for both inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting, setting up meetings between prospects and the sales team.
* Inbound: initially, 50% of the role will be involved in inbound lead qualification
* Outbound: looking after their sport and life sciences vertical, you’ll contact prospects through email, LinkedIn and cold calling
* Sales: build relationships with prospects and communicate the proposition and benefits to set up calls for the sales team
* Collaboration: work with the sales team to understand priorities
