The post holder will assist with managing a portfolio of Estate contracts as directed by the Senior Contracts and PFI/LIFT Manager and Contract Managers, to ensure the delivery of service performance against key performance indicators to meet the targets of the Trust and Stakeholders.
To administer and monitor day to day contract management to ensure compliance and contractual needs are met supporting the coordination of cost-effective purchasing and contractual work plans against finance and procurement policies and procedures.
The post holder will review the portfolio of contracts with the collation of regular reports on the performance of the provider and where required, assist with changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
The post holder will support with the management of other contracts as directed by the Senior Contracts and PFI/LIFT Manager and Contract Managers.
