We are recruiting on behalf of a Michelin-recognised pub with rooms located in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team, delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes across both restaurant service and guest dining.

Key Responsibilities
* Run your designated section efficiently during service
* Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients across a changing menu
* Support both restaurant and rooms dining service where required
* Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
* Assist with prep, stock control, and kitchen organisation
* Support the senior kitchen team and junior chefs during service
About You
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
* Experience in gastropub or quality restaurant environments preferred
* Michelin or Bib Gourmand background desirable but not essential
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
* Calm, organised, and able to perform under pressure
* Passionate about seasonal cooking and consistent delivery
* A strong team player with a positive attitude
