Direct sourcing approach. You'll partner closely with the business to strategically headhunt top-quality talent and report to our Talent Acquisition Manager of Europe, based in Søborg, Denmark. While your primary focus will be all sites in the UK and Ireland, you will also act as a rubber band for the rest of Europe.
What you know
You have covered all the aspects of HR, are a trained negotiator and clear communicator. You have good results from driving Talent Acquisition in an international and complex environment, preferably from having worked proactively with this as well as employer branding. You keep a strategic overview and find creative solutions to short, mid- and long-term challenges as well as to take a hands-on approach in the recruitment processes. You manage to be accepted and respected at all levels in the organization.

You are an engaged and driven Talent Acquisition Partner. You believe in the power of good Talent Acquisition, working proactively to get there. This is by headhunting, networking and making sure you're well informed of the trends in the candidate market in order to reach the relevant talents out there. You enjoy working closely with the business, using your strong acumen to fully grasp their upcoming needs.
