Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming queries from clients and internal departments via phone and email

Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies and disputes
*
Submitting customer refunds for approval
*
General administrative support within the credit control function
Key Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*
Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
*
Strong IT skills and ability to navigate finance/accounting systems
*
Previous experience in a finance or accounts environment is highly desirable
